RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read all conditions below.

Citycentreqatar.com reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request. Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 7 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

    • To return an item please call our Mshereib Branch on 44439396 or send an email to orders@citycentreqatar.com
    • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
    • Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW‘ condition as received. If the box has been opened, we will not accept the return.
    • Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect in your email or call along with the invoice Number. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product or packing (carton) or product itself.
    • Goods must be returned to our mshereib branch by the customer.
    • Send pre-authorised returns notification to orders@citycentreqatar.com.
    • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
    • Exchange can be done as per your own convenient.

Cancelling an Order

  • If you intent to cancel an order placed online, please notify us either by phone 44439396 or email orders@citycentreqatar.com and If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
  • Refunds will be done by Original Mode of Payment. (cash payment will be paid by cash and card payments will be transferred to its respective card – as per the standard terms & condition of Commercial Bank of Qatar.)
